This web site is devoted to giving you a different prospective regarding some parts of our history - as honest and as an objective perspective as possible. It may be almost impossible to get the whole truth and the whole story, but the aim is to try and look at history and the history books critically, objectively and fairly, so we can glean out much of the propaganda and the false assumptions and the distortions, the spin and the particular image the authorities want to project in the schools and in the media and in the state run educational systems here in Canada. We glean out the half truths and the chaff and hopefully then are left with some good solid nuggets and with these we should  be able to then get a more honest and balanced and truthful vision and image of history. But it may be impossible to get the whole truth.

Let us start with some of the major misunderstandings, distortions, misconceptions and false assumptions at this time here in March, 2010. Whether these are lies spread deliberately by the governments, authorities, institutions and people involved is debatable. Maybe it is just the result of ignorance, or misinformation, or the result of misunderstandings, or due to too many people's lack of honesty and willingness to deceive and lie and support liars and lies, or perhaps due to deception by the Father of lies Satan the Devil.  It is really hard to get at the root cause of these things - maybe it is a combination of all these factors. Maybe it is God who has deliberately allowed this deception for His own purposes.   And I am not perfect, and may have some things wrong, but if you can show me where I am off track please do so. 

Major False Assumptions and Lies in the History Books

These are the 14 biggest in this writers judgment, in order of priority with the biggest first and down the list of priority.

1. Biggest is that so-called Western European Civilization is Christian, and has its roots in genuine Christianity. The truth is that these civilizations are instead rooted in the Roman Catholic Church, and the churches that came out of the Roman Catholic Church after the Reformation. 

The truth is that the Roman Catholic Church in none other than Mystery Babylon the Great as describes in the book of Revelation in your Bible (Revelation the 17th chapter), and the churches that came out of her after the Reformation are the harlot daughters of Mystery Babylon. There are all kinds of powerful proofs that show us clearly the identity of Mystery Babylon - and all the proof points to the Roman Catholic Church. 

Revelation 17: 5  " And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. "

2. Next biggest false assumption is that God's true new testament church (which was founded on the Day of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit was sent down from heaven and entered the 120 believers assembled) eventually gave birth to the Roman Catholic Church and the churches that came out of her after the Reformation. 

The truth is that the Roman Catholic Church is Mystery Babylon described in Revelation 17 chapter, and is a great false Christian Church  which appears Christian, but which has rejected very many biblical truths and biblical doctrines, and which has gotten involved in heresy. This does not mean the writer says there may not be or are no true spirit led Christians within the RCC or her daughter churches, because this writer does not know everything. It just means that the RCC as an ecclesiastical organization has lost its way and gone off into sin and long ago broke its loyalty and faith in Christ, and embraced idolatry and got involved in spiritual fornication with the governments of the earth. There are powerful proofs to the truth of this - this can be verified. 

The Roman Catholic Church came out of, or left God's true church, and started committing fornication with the Kings (governments) of the earth. The Roman Catholic Church was founded by the Roman Emperor Constantine at the Council of Nicaea in 325 A.D. Constantine officially made the Roman Catholic Church the church of the Roman Empire. Constantine had converted over from Paganism - and the worship of the Sun - to being a Roman Catholic.  Thus the Roman Catholic Church immediately achieved influence at all levels of the imperial government of the Roman Empire. Now at that time the name might not have been the one they have today, but it is the same organization - the same organization that abandoned their loyalty to Christ, and who got involved in fornication with the Kings of the earth, and the headquarters of this apostate church was Rome. These were the heretics who abandoned the inspired scriptures as their sole source of doctrine, and which embraced false doctrine and heresy, and which followed false teachers and false apostles. 

The RCC fell away from God's true body of Christ and broke their faith with Christ (1 John 2:18-19) ( Matthew 24:24) (1 Corinthians 11:19) (Revelation 2:20-23) (Revelation 3:9). The Bible teaches that Satan has his own ministers and his own churches which masquerade as the real thing, but which are designed to mislead and deceive - for Satan himself does not appear as a red figure with horns and a pitch fork in hand, but Satan transforms himself as one of the good guys - and appears as a shining angel, an angel of light, but underneath he is out to deceive and destroy mankind spiritually (1 Peter 5:8) (2 Corinthians 11:12-15 note verses 14 and 15) (2 Peter 2:1-2) (Revelation 2:2) (Ephesians 6:11-13).

Bible believing Christians separated themselves from the Church of Rome, which they saw as apostate, they represented a formidable potential threat to the official new imperial religion. Persecution in varying degrees of severity by the Roman Catholic Church was instituted over the centuries that followed. Those believers who did not follow the Church of Rome were usually labeled as heretics by the Catholic establishment, but the real heretics were those professing Christians who broke away from or left God's true church and starting committing fornication with the Kings of the earth, and who helped give birth to the Roman Catholic Church. 

3. Next biggest lie is that so-called Western European countries are Christian nations, and also some of the lands they colonized and helped found  are also Christian nations - like the United States of America, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, etc.  The truth is that the true church of God is a spiritual organization consisting of those who have the Holy Spirit living in them, and Christ's Kingdom is a spiritual angelic kingdom, and not of this world - click here for the proof. Jesus Christ said that  " my Kingdom is not of this world "  (John 18:36). 

If you need more proof then how about some historical proofs from the historian Edward Gibbon from his work Gibbon's Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire and his familiarity with the story of some near relatives of the Messiah Himself like the grandsons of St Jude the apostle, who himself was the brother of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ was the great uncle of these men (since Christ was the brother of Jude the Apostle), and these two men were Christians, and were not that far removed from the life and times of their famous relative Jesus Christ. 

So now let me give you the quote straight from the historian Edward Gibbon himself.

Gibbon's Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire - " Chapter 13 - The conduct of the Roman government towards the Christians from the reign of Nero to that of Constantine.

" Among the Christians who were brought to the tribunal of the Emperor, or, as it seems more probable, before that of the procurator of Judea, two persons are said to have appeared, distinguished by their extraction, which was truly more noble then the greatest monarchs. These were the grandsons of St Jude the apostle, who himself was the brother of Jesus Christ. Their natural pretensions to the throne of David might perhaps attract the respect of the people, and excite the jealousy of the governor; but the meanness of their garb, and the simplicity of their answers soon convinced him that they were neither desirous or capable of  disturbing the peace of the Roman Empire. They frankly confessed their royal origin, and their near relation to the Messiah, but they disclaimed any temporal views, and professed that his kingdom, which they devoutly expected , was purely of a spiritual and angelic nature. When they were examined concerning their fortune and occupation, they showed their hands hardened with daily labour, and declared that they derived their whole subsistence from the cultivation of a farm near the village of Cocaba, of the extent of twenty-four English acres, and of the value of nine thousand drachms, or three hundred pounds sterling. The grandsons of St Jude were dismissed with compassion and contempt. " 

These two men were reportedly to have said clearly to the authorities about Christ's Kingdom that " His  kingdom, which they devoutly expected , was purely of a spiritual and angelic nature." 

4. Nest biggest lie is that various western European countries like for example Britain, France, Germany, Scandinavian countries and Ireland are so rich and prosperous because they are Christian nations and have Christian foundations. When the truth is that western European countries are for the most part the modern day descendants of The Lost Tribes of Israel and they are primarily descendants of Abraham, and they share in the birth right blessing given to the tribe of Joseph. They are so rich and prosperous because God made them so, because it is God keeping His promises to Abraham regarding Abraham's descendants in the last days - promises that were made about 4,000 years ago. Some nations in Western Europe, who are primarily made up of the descendants of the various tribes of Israel are as follows - generally we need to look towards NW Europe: 

1. Britain including Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland
2. Ireland
3. Germany 
4. France
5. Scandinavian countries 
6. Austria and Switzerland
7. Italy
8. Greece
9. Netherlands

These nations are so prosperous materially because God is just keeping His promises made to Abraham (promises made about 4,000 years ago) and not due to them being better or smarter or superior to other peoples. Abraham lived about 4,000 years ago, and the calling of Abram by God that is recorded in the Bible happened sometime around 2,000 BC !!  We are in the year 2010 AD- so just do the math. 

5. The fifth biggest lie of modern contemporary history is that the Jews represent all of Israel - all of the thirteen tribes of Israel. First allow me to list for you the tribes of Israel - there are twelve, but the tribe of Joseph was divided into two( Manasseh and Ephraim), so we get 13 all together. 

The tribe of Joseph was divided into two - into the tribes of Ephraim and Manasseh, who were the two sons of Joseph.  

Genesis 48: 16-19 " The Angel which redeemed me from all evil, bless the lads; and let my name be named on them, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac, and let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth. And when Joseph saw that his father laid his right hand upon the head of Ephraim, it displeased him: and he held up his father's hand to remove it from Ephraim's head unto Manasseh's head. And Joseph said unto his father, Not so, my father: for this is the firstborn; put thy right hand upon his head. And his father refused, and said, I know it, my son, I know it: he also shall be great: but truly his younger brother shall be greater than he, and his seed shall become a multitude of nations. "

The modern day state called Israel in Palestine is really a Jewish state, and represents only one of the 12 tribes of Israel - Judah. Yet people keep getting fed this enormous distortion of history that the Jews represent all of the tribes of Israel - when they only represent themselves - the tribe of Judah. In fact so many Jews themselves promote and believe this colossal distortion of history - and that is shameful. 

The tribe of Judah is naturally still part of Israel, but it is only one of the other 11 tribes of Israel. This is very elementary Biblical knowledge here, but there is so much biblical illiteracy that few people seem to get it. Actually many people are biblical illiterates and are actually proud to be so - proud to be ignorant. This knowledge I just explained to you is not complicated you know. I would have little problem teaching this concept to a five year old or an even younger child. So why don't more people just blow the dust off their Bibles and read this collection of Books, instead of just using it as an ornament ?  

6.  Next biggest deception of history and too many historians has to do with the nations not part of North Western Europe, who are also modern day descendants of the tribes of Israel. Once again like with Western European peoples it is God who is keeping His promises to the modern day descendants of Abraham. These nations are also part of the modern day descendants of the tribes of Israel, but are not European. 

These nations and people's are so rich and prosperous and powerful militarily - not because they are in some way better or superior to other nations and lands, but simply because they are the modern day descendants of some of the tribes of Israel, and God is just keeping His promises to Abraham. It is God who has made them so prosperous. And He has a purpose for it, but few seem to be interested in that purpose. 

Yet instead of being humble, too many people in these countries are proud - especially in the great smug and conceited nation of Canada - where I was born and raised. I live in the province of Alberta and in the city of Calgary, and Calgary is a very proud city - yet God is the one who put the oil in the ground, God is the one who gives us the good, rich, fertile land to live on where we can grow an abundance of crops, God is the one who gives us the rain and the sunshine, God is the one who worked things out so we would be able to live in a reasonably free and democratic nation, God is the builder and the one who gives us power to gain wealth. However, too many smug Albertans and proud Calgarians figure they and the people of Alberta are the ones who did it all, and are the ones responsible for our prosperity. And instead of praising and honouring God they bow before their foolish collective false god of money and material goods.  Let us have some humility, and some recognition of God's creative powers.

These nations or peoples are the following:

7. Next biggest distortion and lie of history has to do with the British Monarchy. The true origins of the British Monarchy have not been taught in the mainstream educational system and  institutions, because mainstream education for the most part has rejected the true God and rejected God's written word the Bible. 

The truth is that Queen Elizabeth can trace her throne and ancestry back to ancient King David of Israel, and Queen Elizabeth sits on and occupies the Throne of David.  You can get more information and see a chart that traces the Queens ancestry all the way back to David, and also see a picture of the Coronation Chair with Jacob's Pillar Stone at the base of it.

And additional truths are that many of the royals and monarchs of Europe - present and past - are and were related to the British Royal Family and the Monarchy and Queen Elizabeth. There is also a chart that traces Queen Elizabeth's ancestry all the way back to King David.

Queen Elizabeth is the Queen of Canada - where I live, and we are one of the tribes of Israel. She is the Head of State of Canada. King David was the King of Israel. Do you start getting the connection ? 

Why is there so little knowledge of this fact of history - that the throne of David now rests with the British Monarchy ?  It is because if this truth was to be openly acknowledged by the ruling establishment  - then this would be an acknowledgement of the existence of God and the authenticity of the Bible ? If these people were to acknowledge this - then they would be left with the matter of having to come to terms with whether they are prepared to obey this God or not ?  The truth is that most of mankind is in rebellion against their Creator, and so are not prepared to follow God's standards of right and wrong as explained in the Bible, and will not obey God. So the convenient out for many is to just refuse to acknowledge God and His power. But closing thier eyes to the truth will not change the truth. 

8. Nest biggest lie, or deception, or whatever you may call it has to do with so many so- called Western customs being labeled Christian in origin, when really the are not. Various customs like Christmas, Easter, Halloween or All Saints Day - all these (and there are a lot more too) have their true origins in paganism and Roman Catholic tradition.

9. Next lie of history is that capitalism and our capitalist system has its origins in genuine Christianity. The truth is that the roots of capitalism can be found in John Calvin and Calvinism. Calvinism is one of the harlot daughters of Mystery Babylon. 

Revelation 17:5  " And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH." 

Calvin ruled a combination of church and state in Geneva, Switzerland. It is generally well understood that the present capitalist system has its roots in Calvinism, and not from the scriptures as is erroneously supposed. 

John Calvin ran a theocratic state in Geneva starting in 1541. It was a combination of church and state with Calvin in control. He played a role in the overthrow of feudalism and the establishment of capitalism. Many of the tenets of Calvinism had profound social implications, in particular that thrift, industry, and hard work are forms of moral virtue and business success is an evidence of God's grace.

The book being quoting from is ' The Western Heritage ' and the section entitled ' The Rise Of Early Modern Individualism.' So let me quote some passages that will show a link between the present idolatrous capitalist system and Calvinism. 

page 355  " ....it was claimed by the Calvinists that God showed His joy in His elect by allowing them to prosper; thus prosperity was an actual sign of godliness, that one was indeed a member of the elect. Hence the Puritan belief (not unknown in America and may I add Alberta) that God is with the rich; that the poor man is poor through his own fault, and God is not with him - poverty being a moral crime as well as a deserved misfortune." 

So we get the Judeo-Christian work ethic, which isn't necessarily a bad thing if we approach this matter with the right attitude, since God in the Bible does indeed command us to labour and do our work, and laziness is condemned in the Bible. However there is the false assumption by many that hard work and the accumulation of wealth is synonymous with righteousness, which it certainly is not.  Not that it is a sin to be rich, or prosper materially - it is just a matter of having the right and proper perspective and attitude towards work and money and riches. 

The parable of the talents in the Bible has been horribly misinterpreted by quite a few people to make the claim God is a capitalist and supports the capitalist system. Actually the talents mentions are symbolic of spiritual talents or gifts Christ gives to His servants, and how He expects a profit from His investment in the Christian, but the profits are referring to spiritual profits. 

The parable of the talents in Matthew 25:14-30 is often given by people as a sign that God is indeed a capitalist and God supports the present capitalist system. 

You may know the parable. A man gives his servants some money to invest, while he is gone. One gets  $5,000, another $ 2,000 and one gets a sum of $ 1,000 to invest. The master goes off and the ones given the 5,000 and 2,000 dollars immediately start investing and trading and each gains the same amount they were given. The guy with the 1,000 dollars however, doesn't do anything with the money, but buries it instead, for safekeeping. 

After a long time the master returns and calls his servants to account for how they handled the money. Of course the master here in the parable is Jesus Christ. The ones who had made a profit for the master were commended and ushered into paradise, because they were good and faithful servants. They were given more responsibilities. The man who buried the 1,000 dollars returned it to the master, but there was no profit. So the unprofitable servant was declared as being wicked and lazy. His capital was given to the man with the 10,000 dollars and he was tossed into outer darkness.

This parable has been horribly misinterpreted by those with a capitalist axe to grind. 

Christ is the Master in the parable. The Master going to a far country is symbolic of Christ returning to heaven. The talents, or money given is symbolic of the spiritual gifts, talents, or responsibilities that Christ entrusts to His servants. The Master returning and holding His servants accountable, is symbolic of Christ  judging and rewarding His servants after the resurrection. God and Christ expect to see some fruits produced. God the Father and God the Son expect  a profit from their investment in the Christian. They expect to see some fruits of the Holy Spirit like love, joy, peace, temperance, faith, self-control, patience, longsuffering  (Galatians 5:22-23) (John 15:1-8) (Luke 13:6-9). God and Christ have invested a lot in a Christian, and they expect a profit from their investment, but a spiritual profit.

How much has the Christian grown spiritually ? How many others have they helped to become believers? How have they helped the Church ? How well have they overcome their sins and spiritual faults ? How well have they obeyed God's laws ? Have they been merciful and forgiving ? How well have they used the spiritual gifts given them ? Those given more are expected to produce more, because they have been given greater abilities. To whom much is given, much is asked.

10. Next lie of history is how to many of the historians have covered up the persecution and killing of so many genuine servants of God - real Christians - by none other than Mystery Babylon the Great. The record has too often been covered up where catholic military expeditions deliberately attacked Christian enclaves. The number of the deaths from these wars have been trivialized.  

God's true church was prophesied to flee into the wilderness for a thousand two hundred and threescore days. A day in biblical prophecy is one year. So the true church was to flee into the wilderness for 1,260 years. 

(This prophecy is not the same as the 3 ½ literal years the Philadelphia era of God's true church will be protected in the wilderness from the world government in the last days - just before the return of Jesus - Revelation 3:7-10 note verse 10, and Revelation 12:13-16).

Revelation 12:6  "  And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days." 

A day in Bible prophecy is one year. The church was prophesied to flee in the wilderness for 1,260 years. This actually has been fulfilled when the true church was forced to escape into the wilderness and the Mountains of Europe, and set up communities in the mountain valleys, to get away from the authorities who were persecuting them. To flee the confines of the Roman Empire due to persecution. 

The Roman Catholic Church had labeled these people as heretics, for not following the great universal religion of the time and place. They were often severely persecuted by the religious establishment of the day, who worked through the governments of the day. The Holy Roman Empire existed in central Europe for about 1,000 years, and this was a combination of church and state with the Roman Catholic Church in bed with the government and often controlling the Empire - committing fornication with the Kings of the earth. The Catholic Church used the power of the state to persecute those they regarded as heretics. 

Revelation 17:6  "  And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration. " 

Many of the persecuted true Christians fled to the Waldensian Valleys (generally in the Alps of Southern France and Northern Italy), and other inaccessible wilderness strongholds. There was a cave where some of the persecuted Church resorted to in order to freely worship on the Sabbath (from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset), and freely study the Bible.  The cave, Ghiesa di La Thana, in the Angrogna Valley,  a traditional site of Waldensian worship prior to 1532.

There are still trails that have been worn into the mountain sides - used by persecuted Christians when fleeing their persecutors. 

A mountain refuge most difficult to breach was the Subiasc Valley. It was at various times the last line of defense against enemies like the Duke of Savoy and his forces. In 1686 the Waldensians managed to hold their enemies at bay for months in the Subiasc Valley. They later escaped to Switzerland. 

The Angrogna Valley was a prize coveted by the Catholic expeditionary leadership, and forces. Christians were attacked by armies, crusades and roving bands. But the persecuted Christians somehow clung, and survived there for around 300 years. 

God's true servants in Asia Minor and Europe were literally forced to escape into wilderness areas to get away from the persecutions. To illustrate the extent of persecution - in 1229 the Catholic Church was successful in their murderous campaign to stamp out heresy in the Toulouse area of Southern France. To insure the peace was effective an ecclesiastic council at Toulouse outlined in stern procedure a policy to eradicate heresy (true Christianity folks) in the South. Among other measures the council forbade to the laity the possession of copies of the Bible, except the Psalms, and such passages as were in breviary, and condemned vernacular translations. They therefore sought to remove one of the prevalent sources of heresy (true Christianity folks) by making it illegal to possess entire copies of the Bible !!! 

Isn't that astonishing ? The real one these rulers were out to suppress, stifle, and persecute was Jesus Christ and His written word the Bible. They just did not like these people reading about Jesus and actually trying to follow Christ !

The true church from around 500 AD to the 1750's or thereabouts (1,260 years) was very often forced to flee into the wilderness, so they could freely worship God and Jesus Christ. 

The Inquisition - there have been deliberate attempts by historians and particularly Catholic historians to trivialize the number killed during these times of persecutions by the Roman Catholic Church. Ted Byfield a renowned teacher of history here in Canada has been just one of the many, who would like to distort history and want us to believe that the numbers killed during the Inquisition were really small in number.

11. Another historical lie is that many of the Catholic teachings and doctrines are biblical in nature. Actually many Catholic doctrines and teachings are not biblical in nature at all, but are part of Catholic tradition, and originate from within the Catholic Church, and not from the Bible. 

Revelation 17:2  "  " With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. "

Provided for you is just a partial list of the false doctrines of the Roman Catholic Church:

1. False doctrine of the Trinity. 
2. False doctrine - Immortality of the soul.
3. False doctrine - The Doctrine of Sacred Tradition.
4. False doctrine - Doctrine of the Magisterium and  infallibility of the Pope and Catholic Church in regards to doctrine.
5. False doctrine - Only the Catholic Church can understand and interpret scripture infallibly.
6. False doctrine - Adding the Apocryphal books to the Bible, which God did not make part of the Bible. 
7. False doctrine - The claim that the Catholic Church is the only true church.
8. False doctrine - That Mary is in heaven.
9. False doctrine - Praying to Mary.
10. False doctrine - Doctrine of Immaculate Conception.
11. False doctrine - Mary had no other children except Christ. 
12. False doctrine - Mary is the Mother of the Church.
13. False doctrine - Mary is forever virgin.
14. False doctrine - Mary never sinned.
15. False doctrine - Mary is the spouse of the Holy Spirit.
16. False doctrine - Belief in purgatory.
17. False teaching that we go to heaven or hell when we die.
18. False doctrine - Indulgences 
19. False doctrine - Reciting or chanting the same prayer over and over. 
20. False doctrine - requiring catholic priests and nuns to wear a certain kind of clothes. 
21. Making long prayers in public.
22. False doctrine - Baptizing children, and sprinkling rather than complete emergence in water during baptism.
23. False doctrine - Penance or confession - confessing sins to a Catholic Priest, who then takes the place of Jesus as the Mediator between God and man. False doctrine that a catholic priest here on earth has the authority to forgive sins.
24. False doctrine that Christ was never married.
25. False doctrine - Observing Sunday as the weekly Sabbath, instead of on the seventh day - Saturday.
26. False doctrine - The Catholic Church as an ecclesiastical organization getting involved in politics, and where Vatican City have diplomatic relations with governments throughout the earth.  
27. Improper name - the true church is called the Church of God. 
28. False doctrine - Observance of various Catholic Holy Days, which are not Biblical in origins, like Easter, Christmas, Lent, All Saints Day, etc. Failure to observe the true annual Holy Days of God explained to us in Leviticus 23.
29. False doctrine - That the chief sin is pride. 
30. False doctrine - Requiring priests and nuns to be celibate.
31. False doctrine - Calling the Catholic Priest Father.
32. False doctrine - Worshipping images and idols. Bowing before images - like images of Christ. This violates the second of the Ten Commandments. 
33. False doctrine - That the Pope is the head of the church, and a successor of Peter, and the false doctrine that Christ made Peter the head of the church.
34. False doctrine that Peter was the first Pope.
35. Falsehood that the Pope is the spiritual head of all Christians. The simple truth is that Jesus Christ is the spiritual head of all Christians. Who gave the Catholic Pope the right to replace Christ as the head of the true Church of God ? 
36. False doctrine where the Pope is called the Holy Father - since that name only belongs to God the Father. It is a sin to call the Pope the Holy Father, since only God is our Holy Father. 
37. False doctrine that when the Pope speaks ex cathedra then he cannot make mistakes.
38. False doctrine that the Pope has power and authority to create saints.
39. False doctrine that the Catholic mass or communion has replaced the yearly Passover ceremony. 
40. False doctrine that a Catholic Priest, or Catholic Bishop has the power to forgive sins. This goes against the very clear Biblical teaching that Christ is the Mediator of the New Covenant, and Christ is our High Priest in heaven. Catholic Priests have absolutely no authority to replace Christ as our Priest. 

Major False Teachings of Mystery Babylon  and Her Harlot Daughters

 Twelve Major False Teachings Listed - the really serious false doctrines - which have caused very much confusion. 

1. Trinity 
2. Immortality of the soul
3. If good you go to heaven. If bad you go to hell.
4. Sunday is the Christian Sabbath.
5. Following customs which are not Biblical.
6. The Churches getting involved in politics.
7. Only those authorized by the church hierarchy are allowed to teach.
8. The churches human hierarchy determines doctrine.
9. That the Law has been done away.
10. Saved by grace alone - with little or no emphasis placed on proving your faith through your works, works that confirm our faith. 
11. Teaching that there are many ways to salvation - not just through Jesus Christ. 
12. Almost universal failure to understand the following fundamental biblical doctrines and teachings regarding ; the identity of Mystery Babylon and Her Harlot Daughters; the migration of the tribes of Israel after they were taken captive by the Assyrians ;the identity of Israel in the last days in our contemporary world; the identity of the throne of David in our world today; the identity of Israel. 

12. Another myth concerns Islam. The true origins of Islam have been covered up for the most part- this is especially so in Islamic countries. The Allah of the Muslims is none other than Allah the Moon God. Such idolatry is thoroughly condemned in the Bible. This is why the crescent shape of the moon is one of the symbols so popular in and so associated with Islam. The God who inspired the Bible labels Mohammed as a false prophet and one of the anti-Christ's.

My Bible labels Muhammad (who dictated the Koran) as a liar and a false prophet, and one of the Antichrists, since Muhammad denies the divinity of Jesus Christ, and Muhammad denies that God was the Father of Jesus Christ, and since Mohammed in the Koran denies the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.  If Muslims don't like this - well then they should have to talk to Jesus Christ about it, since the Bible is His book, and He inspired the writing of it. So please discuss this matter with Jesus - not me - I never wrote the Bible. My duty is to just faithfully teach what the Bible teaches. 

1 John 4:1-3 " Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. " 

1 John 2:22-23   " Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father:  but he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. " 

Go to my article The Problem With Islam.  Islam they say is the fastest growing religion on earth in 2009, but it is full of all kinds of lies and distortions. There are Muslim clerics who claim Islam is a religion of peace, but this is a pack of lies. 

13. Another big distortion of history has to do with China and Chinese culture. The historical lie that Chinese culture and the Chinese people and land is somehow superior in nature - and a sort of center of civilization. Really the truth is that China has been a very backward and oppressive country - not just today under the Communist Dictatorship, but during the past. 

Unfortunately the Chinese Communists have been trying and shamefully seeming to succeed within China to distort and rewrite recent Chinese history, like with the happenings and brutal suppression of the movement for democratic reforms at Tiananmen Square in 1989, when a pro-democracy movement in China saw thousands of protesters gather there. Hundreds of protesters were killed by government troops in the streets leading from the square. However the communist dictators are now trying to rewrite history and claim this event never happened. 

Roughly one of five of the world's inhabitants live in China, so when the authorities oppress and stifle freedom and truth in China as they are doing now and have done in the past - this affects a sizable percentage of mankind.
