Feminist Ideology According to God's plan the husband is the head of the wife in the home. Husbands are commanded by God to love their wives. Ephesians 5:22-25 " Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; " God joins a man and woman together in bed through sexual intercourse. It is God who joins a man and woman together - not a little piece of paper issued by the state (Ephesians 5:31) (Mark 10:1-12) (Genesis 2:24). Ephesians 5:31 " For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. " Mark 10:7-9 " For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. " Genesis 2:24 " Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. " People who live common-law are just deceiving themselves into believing they are not married. Couples who are living together and, or are engaging in sexual relations regularly are considered married in God's eyes. Naturally, casual sexual encounters are not considered marriages in God's eyes, as is incest and homosexuality (Romans 1:25-29) (1Corinthians 6:9-10). Romans 1:25-29 " Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, " 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 " Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. " God is not going to change His laws to please people. The wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23). Human beings, who remain unrepentant until the end, will be put to death forever (Luke 13:1-5) (Malachi 4:1-3) (Revelation 20:14-15). God will not forgive anyone, if they are not sorry for their sins. Romans 6:23 " For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. " Luke 13:1-5 " There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices. And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things? I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem? I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. " Malachi 4:1-3 " For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts. " Revelation 20:14-15 " And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. " If women remain unrepentant of the sin of not respecting their husbands, then this sin could very easily lead to that individual not attaining salvation. Similarly, if a man fails to repent of the sin of not loving his wife - then he could very easily face the same situation. Essence of Feminism The essence of feminism is that feminist ideology does not recognize that the husband or father has any authority in the home and family. The ideology is therefore in conspiracy against fatherhood. Therefore the Bible condemns feminist ideology, because it encourages women to sin, by not respecting their husbands authority in the home. God also commands us to love each other( Matthew 22:39). Radical feminism has been responsible for spreading hatred against men, and encouraging women to sin by hating men. Matthew 22:39 " And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. " There are of course aspects of the feminist movement that are good, like the attempt to redress inequalities and discrimination against women. Also fighting against abuse and sexual exploitation of women is certainly the right and just thing to do, and in this way is in harmony with the call for justice in the Bible. However, what has happened is that the whole feminist movement has been politicized. A small group of female feminist leaders are forcing their will over the majority of women, and illegitimately claiming they speak for all women. This small group of women is supported by the governments in Canada, because almost all governments in Canada support feminist ideology. It is a sin for women not to respect their husbands authority in the home (Ephesians 5:22-25). However, God has given people free moral agency, and will not force any woman to love and respect her husband. These are spiritual matters. However, there are serious spiritual consequences to rebellion against God's laws - each person must answer to Christ, who is our Judge. Also this matter of a wife respecting her husband - does in no way include other men. Other men, like an Uncle, Grandfather, Father, Neighbour or Boss - have no legitimate right to act like a husband towards you and expect you to defer to them. Sure, if your boss at work is a man then you need to respect your bosses authority to direct the workforce, but that does not give them any right to exercise illegitimate authority over you. You do not need to respect illegitimate authority from anyone. A lot of men are out to dominate women, and will illegitimately seek to form some kind of dominant relationship over female associates, or relatives. You as a wife are only obligated to respect your husbands authority - other men have no right to form some kind of domineering personal relationship over you, and have no right to exercise illegitimate authority over you. And anyways even your husband is supposed to serve and love you and your children.
